Hi all new here and figuring out joomla with the t3 blank template.

I installed K2 for I need the comments option. I'm using the default layout where my articles show up in the "component" position. I imported my already made articles to K2 but I still need it to show up in the "component" position. Is that possible or must I use the K2 content module for articles to show up? If so How can I change the "component" area to do that?
