Hello, I am having a problem with my website. I cannot change the template layout in back-end because I am receiving a blank page. Check the screenshot to understand what I am facing.

I went on the server to check the files (templates/maxx/etc/layout -> default.ini) and it is 0kb. That is the theme I am using, and I do not understand how it can have no data in it.

In the error log I am having the following error:

PHP Strict Standards: Declaration of T3TemplateLayout::spotlight() should be compatible with T3Template::spotlight($name, $positions, array $info = Array) in /home/.../public_html/plugins/system/t3/includes/core/templatelayout.php on line 26

Please let me know how to proceed.
