I want to change background picture of t3 blank template can it change from magic theme function?

Hi Taniarto,

It is hard to implement your request as now.
You may need to modify https://github.com/t3framework/t3/blob/master/source/plg_system_t3/admin/thememagic/thememagic.tpl.php to allow "media" form type of Joomla working.
It is not too hard, but you must understand about Joomla form configuration in xml file to add a image file chooser dialog.
