now I'm working on t3-blank template. And I wont add a new position on page 1 beside the footer. Can anyone tell me how?

Hi Tainarto,

In the layouts supported by default, it has no "page 1" position or block. Is it your custom one? It's great if you provide some screenshots, we're willing to take a look and help.

Please check our documentation, it could help you.

1. Add new module position: http://t3-framework.org/documentation/bs3-layout-system#add-position
2. After adding the position, assign it to a block you want: http://t3-framework.org/documentation/bs3-layout-system#add-block
