I am wanting to use the Bootstrap Glyphicons as bullets in my text.
I (perhaps naively) thought I could enter something like <span class="glyphicon glyphicon-search"></span> in the text (via the html editor) and it would insert the appropriate glyphicon where I placed it, but it doesn't! The editor pulls out the 'span' code! So how can I (or can I) put a glyphicon in my text?

Yeri,
Thanks for the post. Your code worked.
I didn't record what I did, but I may have put the
 </span>
in the wrong place.

However, having now implemented your suggestion, the font chhnges from the default (which is a sans serif) to a serif font. A bug I suggest. Does anyone have a work around?

Hi Murrray.

if the editor pull out the code maybe there's something wrong inserting the code.

Try to insert the span class inside p tag example :
<p><span class="glyphicon glyphicon-search">Ut In sociis metus tempus</span></p>
