Hi guys,

I had a huge problem this day.

The website is at http://www.lavmelav.com/

I use T3 Framework for almost one year without any problems. So thank you guys.

Today I need your help.

I tried to move my site from a server to the official I Page server and after restoring the website was ok for 1 minute and then it crassed without doing anything.

I tried many things. Finally, I installed a clean new Joomla and then install the latest T3. I saw that with the "Development mode ON" the front end crashed = white blank page. So I turned it off and I continued creating the modules etc. In the other server it was "on" so I had a custom.less with my custom CSS code. In the new server I pasted my old CSS at the end of template.css file.

Right now the template looks as it I want in Chrome but has a huge bug in Safari !!! Can you please check it?

Generally, I have changed a lot in some php files of the template in order to look like in the psd. The site is still hosted in the old server http://anaxshipping.com/cms/demo2/ and it looks great in Safari !!

I would appreciate any help or ideas!

Regards,
George

Hi George,

I have checked your site: http://www.lavmelav.com/ in Safari 8 on MacbookPro and it worked properly. I don't see any problem, you fixed it ? If not, please provide us the screenshot that the problem happens.

Hi,

The problem was that i had out-dated version of Safari (didn't support the vh) and it was the first time I used this "vh" units. So, I figured it a little bit later.

The other problem was that in the client 's phone, macbook it didn't loaded my custom css for some reason. So the site looked really bad. But it was problem of cache probably. I dealed with them at the same time so I didn't know at the beginning what was the problem.

Another issue that I still want to ask you about is why the template didn't work when the "Development mode" was on..When it was on the front page was completely white without any T3 logo, reference etc. At that time the website was a clean Joomla. Do you have any ideas? This happened for the first time to me and it was the first time i used https://www.ipage.com/ipage/index.html for hosting. Is there a known problem? Have you ever deal with similar problem? Because right now I don't have a custom.css file so with an update of the template i will loose my css right (it's at the end of the template.css file)?

Thanks for the quick response though!
