When I click the Megamenu button to open the configuration it just says "Loading menu..." and then nothing happens. No configuration options load or anything.

Thank you for looking into this for me Gardner. As you said, the problem was with Admin Tools.
The solution was to set Allow site templates to Yes in the web application firewall configuration.
Hopefully this answer will help someone else.

Hi rhylos,

The site also uses Admin Tool component? The app firewall setting is a setting of the extension.

I cannot work with megamenu or change any settings... can you help me please?

Datas: Joomla 3.4.8

Hope to get it fixed soon. I can give you the login datas and ftp if needed.
