I am taking over a joomla 3.3.6 site designed by someone else with T3 Blank and there are issues with the functionality of the user related functions.

It was suggested elsewhere that it is related to the template.

One item is that the registration form does not post.

When you enter a fake email in the "forgot password" it does not give the error message. We also noted that the verification link in the password reset email does not populate into the form field on the T3 site but it does on other 3.3.6 sites with templates from other sources.

We checked another site designed by the same person and found similar issues.

Can anyone give me some helpful hints in how I might fix this without starting from scratch?
