Resolved T3 / Joomla bug ?! Category Blog Article Image Size

Hi guys, I think i found a bug but i m not sure is from T3 Framework or Joomla.
Please visit anpmr.tk
The thing is on my home page (Romanian Language Site) name: ACASA , I have a menu Category Blog type.
I use 4 Articles / 4 Rows, No leading Article.
Every article has an Image.
The bug i think I found is that all my pics are 500x330 and for Chrome all image resize normally but for Firefox and Internet Explorer the images don't auto resize.
What can I do ?

Template:
Name:T3 Bs3 Blank
Version:2.1.7

Framework Information
Name:T3 Framework
Version:2.4.4

Joomla: 3.3.6
I will attach 3 pics with each explorer.

Seem you did some customization and it made the error. The issue belongs to customization and its out of our support scope for Free Product. You may have to order paid support if you want us to fix the issue for you.

i don't think its from customization.
I did create a full new Joomla website using the t3-framework (last version) with no changes.
I only add 4 articles. and homepage set to category blog 4 columns
here's what it looks like.

oh, It's seems to be a bug from Joomla.
I did change to protostar - Default template and it s the same.

I got an respond from Joomla and they say that i have to add

img width 100% 
img { width: 100% }

:)) so i share with you guys this info.

of course if u do that all your images will have a width 100% so what i did is :
.items-row .item img {

  width: 100%;

}

now only the image from items-row / category blog will change to 100%
