Resolved Position configuration missing from layout tab in template manager

I have same problem with this person. Please someone help me!

I have a weird problem where the position Configuration has suddenly disappeared from the layout tab in the template manager, and my spotlight has changed from 3 positions to 4 positions (Thus making an empty space on the website front end).

This issue is normally caused by wrong markup of the layout file or the permission issue. Please check the markup of the layouts again.
