Hi,

I have installed a fresh copy of the t3 framework plugin v 1.4.1 and tried to edit the layout tab and get the following error:

The layout cannot be loaded. There might be some errors in the layout file.

I have tried uninstalling the t3 framework and re-installing with no luck.

J2.5.11
Other components installed / redshop / rsform pro

That's it?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

I have upgraded joomla to 2.5.14 - no luck. I have tried installing a previous version of the T3 framework, again with no luck?

Is there any config somewhere that can be reset in order to make this work? It makes no sense? I have tried different browsers and clearing out the cache, locally and on the server.

help please :)

Hi Thanasi,

The layout can not be loaded mean that there is some issue with the layout itself.
You can try to delete alls file in \templates\[template_name]\etc\layout folder and try again.
And the last chance is try to uninstall and install the template again.

Please pm your site information to me if you still not solved the issue.

Regards

Hi,

Thank you for getting back to me.

I did try deleting those files originally. I also tried replacing them with a fresh downloaded version of them, but nothing. I did try complete removal (uninstall and check on the server for the files) and then re-install and it still would not work.

I have since reinstalled the template on a fresh install of joomla and then merged the two joomla installations

It was a very strange problem that I had spent a while to try and fix but could not. It did not make any sense and the files were completely removed from the server and re-installed? Unless t3 uses something else to generate the layout management view that I was overlooking.

Thank you for your help.
