Ok, follow the link above either from your mobile/pad or decrease the browser window size. You'll notice that the smaller (narrower) the window becomes, the more horisontal scrolling appears (there appears a big space on the right side). You'll also notice that the footer text get obscured into the left side (just look at the footer text as you decrease the browser size).

Responsive mode in backend is already turned on.
