Resolved Error installing v2.0

Hi, i downloaded t3_blank.v2.0.0.zip and plg_system_t3.v2.0.1.zip.

t3_blank installed successfully with no problem at all.

But I have problem with the plugin. Have tried two different metods.
- Upload Package File: Error There was an error uploading this file to the server.
- Install from URL: the installation starts and just suddenly stops. No message at all. Just being like a newly opened Extension Manager Install page.

I'm running XAMPP on localhost.

In php_error.log, I can see this error:
[12-Dec-2013 18:00:29 Europe/Berlin] PHP Warning:  file_put_contents(C:\xampp\htdocs\mysite\tmp\downloads.php?do=file&id=3273&version=2.0.1&act=down): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\xampp\htdocs\mysite\libraries\joomla\filesystem\file.php on line 422

Solved it by using Install from Directory method. Still strange though that none of the other methods worked for the plugin, but worked fine for t3_blank.

I've had this problem as well and I used the directory method as well - seems to be the size of file thats the problem

Hi,

Yes, it might be the problem with the MAX_SIZE_UPLOAD of PHP setting.
The T3 plugin package is now more than 2MB which is the default value in many server.
