Resolved Theme Magic Grid Commands "greyed out"

Hi,
I am using T3 and ThemeMagic with a joomlabamboo template.
I am trying to make the Articles wider by reducing the Gutter Width Settings, but all the Grid Commands are greyed out and can't be accessed.
i am guessing there is something wrong in the Config or Setup but I can't see where I am going wrong.

Hmm after updating T3 to 2.0.2 I can no longer see all the Grid commands that were previously available.
I still need to resize Articles so they match or are close to the maximum Template width set to "Greyed out" 960px

Hi Tim Collins,

Please re-upload your screenshot.
I have checked on your site and does not see Gutter Width Settings.
They may have disabled by template creator. So, they do not want you to change these settings.
Please contact theme to get more help.

Since i upgraded T3, the gutter options have been removed (along with other Grid Commands) so who is responsible for this, is it the template developer joomlabamboo?
If so, why would they only disappear asfter upgrading T3?

I have uploaded the screenshot that was taken prior to the T3 upgrade
