Please, i need help.
I have next situation:
A long time ago 1 man developed joomla site with T3.
This man works in another place now.
Sorry, i can't give u a link for sites.
There 5 sites in different languages.
They has next domains:
site.com
es.site.com
fr.site.com
etc
All sites has same design

I try to change style at one of this subdomains.
I only changed 1 parametre in megamenu.css from 16px to 14 px.
After that design at this subdomain destroyed TOTALLY! He's almost default now.

I tried to rebuild LESS, i triend to copy template directory from another subdomain. Nothing helps.
So here is a task:
How can i restore design if i have 4 sites with this design and 1 site with destroyed design?
I have to do this as fast as i can. Please, help!
Thank you and sorry for my english

Hi,

If you have the same layout and design. you can try to backup the css of problem site and copy css folder in on of working site then overwrite the css folder in the problem site.

Well, i already done this.
I mean:
1. Renamed css folder of problem site (templates/t3blank/css -> templates/t3blank/css1)
2. Copy css from working site (so i have templates/t3blank/css again)
No results
And even copied t3blank directory, no results again

It's very strange for me, because i only changed megamenu.css (font-size: 16px; -> font-size: 14px;) and even changed it back. But i have TOTALLY different design now. I never see this before.

By the way.
For example i have domain es.site.com and he's working fine.
But if i make address: es.site.com. ("." at the end of address) than i have wrong design, like at problem site. Make es.site.com (without dot at the end) and i see normally design again. I never see this problems before. Even logo changed for standart

Sites has same layout, same design. Difference only in material language. But i can't restore good design with simple copying... I'm going crazy:(

Normal URL (for example es.site.com)

URL with dot at the end (for example es.site.com.)

Ok, i found some new facts. May be this can help.
Optimized CSS is switch on
I copied 2 files with css from working site to problem site (i'm speaking about t3-assets directory). After that i renamed them to name of currently used and all was good.
But, as i can see sometime name of optimized css change, so i have bad design again.

After that I switched off optimized css. Looked source code of page and copied again every css file, that i found in code from good site. No results. I still have bad design.

Or can i make Optimized css files static? I mean that site have to use only to css file from t3-assets all time

Hi,

You should recompile LESS to CSS and switch the Development Mode to Off when you want to publish your site.
All css should be in css folder, not from t3-assets folder (t3-assets folder is used for Development Mode)
