the new update has shifted my whole sidebar to left? it also added all these new links at bottom?

tpls / blocks / footer file does not contain text described above? where else can it be?

por

<?php $this->loadBlock('footer-p') ?>

Every block you create custom, a different name than the original, shall be placed not to lose your customization block in case of update.
