Resolved I can't resize positions in template editor/admin for 'mobile' layout

How come I can't drag and resize any positions on mobile layout? I've updated to j! 3.2.2 and 2.1.1 of t3 and I still have the same problem.. I was hoping it would be fixed? All other screen sizes work for resize positions.. Appreciate any help.
