Resolved Login form issues

Using the current J32 quickstart, the login form is giving me troubles. I have tried Firefox 27, Chrome 33 and IE 9. Some times when I type the first character the login form disappears. Other times when I start to type and then select an autocomplete value it disappears. Some times the menu opens on the lefthand side of the screen.

I haven't changed anything from the stock quickstart.

Any ideas? This is not useful to me in its current form.

Upgraded to 2.1.3. Problem with typing 1st character and form disappearing seems to have been resolved. I no longer see the lefthand menu showing up.

I still have the problem with the form disappearing if I start to enter a username and then choose one of the autocomplete values. When the pop-up with the autocomplete list displays, if I move my mouse the menu with the login form disappears. The autocomplete list remains visible and I can select a value from it. If I reopen the menu the autocomplete value is in the user ID field and I can then enter my password.

There must be a way to sticky this menu dropdown and form so that it does not disappear when attempting to choose an autocomplete value.

The turnaround on support for this template, while free, is abysmal. I can't see how I could use this in production with this kind of support.
