now i'm working on t3_bs_blank template and I want to put a picture behind the logo area so the picture will show on the header of the web. Please tell me how..

With css/less you can add a background image to the "logo" class, or you can make a class your own at templatefolder/tpls/blocks/header. There you'll find your logo image, where you can change the HTML.
