Hi Siwar,

You want to move "component" to the spotlight block?

If yes, it's not supported. You can not load main content - component to spotlight block. The spotlight block can load modules only.

Yes, I moved it to spotlight, so I can't re-size component to, locked screenshot

Which template are you using, Siwar? T3 Blank or T3 BS3 Blank as there are some differences between the 2 templates.
The spotlight block allows you to resize module positions only, not "component" you may have to define size of the position in the spotlight block and it depends on which template you are using.

Example (t3 bs3 blank)

<!-- MAIN CONTENT -->
<div id="t3-content" class="t3-content col-xs-12 col-sm-12 col-md-8">
<?php endif ?>
<jdoc:include type="component" />
</div>
<!-- //MAIN CONTENT -->

I am curious that why you have to put it to spotlight block. In fact you can duplicate the mainbody block then customize, it's much easier. After that you can resize positions in the new created block. Spotlight block is for other purpose, it should not load "component" position.
