Resolved layout problem in joomla upgrade

Hello!

I carried out recently an upgrade from 3.1 to 3.2.4. everything seemed ok until I entered the template editor. There I got the messages

Warning

JFolder: :folder: Path is not a folder. Path: /home2/buildin1/public_html/eum/less/themes
JFolder: :files: Path is not a folder. Path: /home2/buildin1/public_html/eum/tpls

and the site vanished ever since. //eum is my root

I would appreciate some insight. Is there any shortcut to restoring a backup?

I also have a problem with the Layout editor. It does not display at all. Everything else loads except the layout editor. Ive attached a picture to show
