Resolved T3-blank template "layout" plan dissappeared !!!

Hi,

I am working on new website using t3-blank template, while I updated the image logo, after that, I found that the module on the right-hand side disappear, so I go to t3-blank template -> click the layout tab and found that the layout plan disappeared, can everybody tell me what happen, how can I resume the layout plan, thanks in advance.


Ok, when I click some tab, it resume but it reset all position name to default! so weird!!!

Hi Patrick,

There can be something wrong in the layout file. Please check the layout file if the mock-up is correct. If you can not figure out, please pm me your site url, admin account and FPT info. I will check in your site.

I have same problem. i just transfer y website to another domain on same server ad exactly have this problem, i realize its related to converting table and database to utf-8_general_ci with akeeba, because i need to use Arabic language.

also there is another problem

also on another website this tab just load when use www!!

Please pm me your ftp account, site url, admin account. I think there is some wrong markup in the layout. Also tell me what file you customized so I can detect problem easier.
