I'm new to this framework and I'm looking for help (tips, links, documentations) regarding how the procedures to create my own responsive layout from ground up using T3.

Hi,

I suggest you to clone a layout then customize. By default, all the layouts are responsive. Here is the documentation of T3 layout system: http://t3-framework.org/documentation/bs3-layout-system
