I have installed T3 BS3 Blank and would like to make style changes to the navbar (t3-mainnav) such as "Menu Items highlighted on hover".
Similar to http://t3-framework.org/

Default behavior only highlights selected Menu Item (and names on hover).

I have successfully added custom parameters to ThemeMagic for other style changes (t3-module-padding) by accessing the (templates/t3_bs3_blank/less/variables.less) file and changing the (templates/t3_bs3_blank/thememagic.xml) file per the following video:

However, I don't know which changes to make for the navbar elements indicated above.

Please assist me in understanding how to make these changes. Even better how to add changes for use in ThemeMagic. Thanks.
