Hello!

Create layout clone with Save As Copy. Name it Clone. This file is saved to local\tpls. It does not appear in Layout Dropdown Menu.

Copy Clone from local\tpls to template\tpls. Now it will appear in Layout Dropdown Menu.

Use Layout panel to make changes to Clone. Save changes.

Which Clone is updated? Is it the Clone in tpls, or the Clone in local\tpls, or both?

The purpose of the local folder is to protect user changes, but the file cannot be accessed from local folder.

Copying the clone file from local to tpls defeats the purpose of having the local folder?

What is the status of this bug and fix?

Is there a true fix? What is it?
