Resolved responsive layout T3 BS3 problem internet explorer

Hi all,
I experience some difficulties with template layout in IE11 - it is responsive in any case.
I use Joomla 3.3 + T3 BS3 (customized from quickstart)
Would be very grateful if someone can give me the key or suggest where to digg a solution

By the way, Font awesome, border-radius etc also doesn't work for me...any idea why?

It could be a problem when you customizing template. Please share your site URL and turn on the development mode, we will have closer check.
