Resolved Setting width of web page

Hi friends

In other templates, we can set width to 970px or 1170 px, how can we do it T3, nothing in the layout option. Inspecting a T3 page shows 1170px as the container.

I also notice that in order for an image to fill fully a header, it must be 1260 px, why is this so. I use width:100%; and background-size: 100%; in Custom.css to stretch it.

Appreciate help as i want to concentrate in using T3, it is very good. Thanks to developing it.
