Resolved Megamenu icon, logo size and T3 version

Just installed today on Joomla 3.3.6 and started experimenting with T3/Purity III. Three things that I am stuck with:
1. Megamenu icons are not showing in the front end at all but they show up just fine in the back-end. I am using two icons: icon-home and icon-star just to try out.
2. Logo gets reduced in size to about 185x50 (as dictated I think in css) even if I try to change LESS template to a bigger size and compile that to CSS. Commenting or changing CSS files don't help either. Logo appears just fine of the actual size if I turn on the development mode.
3. T3 framework upgrade results in "Error: Invalid extension update" when I tried to upgrade from 2.3.0 to 2.4.1.

1. Please try Font Awesome 4 icons: http://fortawesome.github.io/Font-Awesome/icons/
2. "Logo gets reduced in size to about 185x50" - please refer to the documentation: http://www.t3-framework.org/documentation/bs3-customization#logo-custom
3. "T3 framework upgrade results in "Error: Invalid extension update" when I tried to upgrade from 2.3.0 to 2.4.1" - Please use JA Extension Manager to upgrade, it's FREE extension, you can refer to the video tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t6W0bM0duS4
