Resolved Error after installing T3 Framework and Purity III Theme

Hello Everyone,

I just installed the Purity III theme on Joomla! platform 2.5 and received the following error message:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STATIC, expecting T_STRING or T_VARIABLE or '$' in /home/content/86/8222386/html/testenv/plugins/system/t3/includes/joomla25/layout/file.php on line 436

Does anyone know what this is referencing?

Hi Bobby,

Purity III only supports Joomla 3 so you can not use it in Joomla 2.5
