Resolved Position configuration missing from layout tab in template manager

I have a weird problem where the position Configuration has suddenly disappeared from the layout tab in the template manager, and my spotlight has changed from 3 positions to 4 positions (Thus making an empty space on the website front end).

joomla 3.4.1
t3 2.4.8
t3 Bs3 Blank template 2.2.0

The layouts designated are correct, so unsure how to solve this problem

Hi,

There can be some error in your layout file that could make the issue happen. Please pm me your site url, admin account and FTP, I will have closer check.

Could you please pm me your site url, admin account and FTP info, I would need to check the layout file markup and the permission. If not, it is really hard for me to help you resolve the issue.
