Resolved Installing v2.5.2 on Joomla v3.4.5

I have recently installed the latest version of the T3 framework on Joomla 3.4.5, however when I go to edit the template, I can't see the mega menu or theme magic button I saw when using an older version.

Do these have to be added separately or is this expected behaviour?

Ok, so I managed to find a solution to this problem.

It turns out another plugin called Core Design Scriptegrator (http://extensions.joomla.org/extension/core-design-scriptegrator) was conflicting with the JS and not rendering the back end properly. Disabling this plugin solved the issue for me.

This post explains more clearer the problem I am facing. With a clean install of Joomla it works as expected but I am experiencing the problem when updating a current site.

I did try to upgrade from my side and it is working properly, could you please pm me your site url with admin account, FTP is fine if possible, I need to check everything around.
