Resolved T3 not showing up in plugin manager

On a new install of joomla 3.2, I installed t3_blank_j32.zip
Joomla said it installed successfully, however I don't see it in the plugin manager or anywhere else

I installed it via extensions/extension manager/upload package file

The joomla install was via bitnami

does anyone have any ideas?

Can you pm the admin/ftp information of your site?
