I made changes to the default theme and saved as 'blue'. Where do I change my entire site to the 'blue' theme I created? I selected

Nice to see you, James.

How many T3 template styles you have? The theme setting is not global, that means what you change in the Theme tab from T3 template style will be applied for the current template style. Open default T3 template style then assign blue theme for the template style then the default theme in your site is blue.
