If I enable the off canvas navigation for some layouts I expect that the normal navigation menu items disappear.
This is what happens with the extra small layout.
But this does not happen with small and medium layouts: in these cases the off canvas navigation appears in addiction to the normal navigation and on 2 rows.
Is there a way to disable the normal navigation on small and medium screens when the off canvas navigation is enabled?

Hi Sgiobbio,

What template you used, JA T3 Blank or JA T3 BS3 blank? As each template has different configuration about off-canvas and bootstrap dropdown navigation.

Regards.

Hi again,

Sorry for the late reply. Let me help you understand more about the menu system of T3 Framework in collapsed screen (mobile, tablet):
- Normal dropdown menu: you can enable or disable the dropdown menu on collapsed screens, check the screenshot: http://easycaptures.com/fs/uploaded/823/5841306453.png
but there is no configuration that allows you to enable it in tablet but disable in mobile
- Off-canvas: Off-canvas actually not only for mobile menu, its a module where you can assign any module, you can also configure the off-canvas in responsiveness, check the screenshots:

Hope it helps you.

Regards.

Dear Gardner,
your answer is clear, but I repeat that if you want to enable the off canvas navigation, this means that you don't wont the normal navigation!
Then, when the off-canvas is enabled, why the normal navigation is disabled in the mobile but it's not disabled on the small and medium screens?

Hi again,

Off-canvas is designed for multi-purpose, not only for menu. Remember that it is a module and you can assign any module to the off-canvas so we provide different options for normal navigation and off-canvas.
